Rashmi Jayasimha

Rashmi Jayasimha began their work experience in 2014 as a General Practitioner at CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Rashmi worked in this role until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an HR & Admin at Raghav Creations, where they conducted interviews, managed attendance, processed payroll, and sourced CVs. In 2019, they joined Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited as an Executive, where they were responsible for creating sales reports, tracking shipments, and ensuring inventory management. In 2021, they moved to GoVise Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Executive, handling various HR functions. Currently, they are serving as an Executive- People Operations at AEREO since October 2022.

Rashmi Jayasimha obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Soundarya Institute of Management & Science, located in Bangalore. Rashmi studied there from 1997 to 2009 and focused on the field of study related to 10th grade education.
