Melanie Girald

Melanie Girald is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in consulting and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Manager at AArete since April 2018, Melanie is also the Founder and CEO of Verdiis, providing Web3 strategic consulting services since July 2021. Having previously held multiple senior positions at Mercer from June 2012 to March 2018, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, Melanie began their career at the US Department of Homeland Security, where responsibilities included coordinating legal documents and assisting senior legal officials. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Houston, complemented by minors in International Business and Business Administration.
