Emily J. Dyer-Wolfe

Managing Director at Aaron Capital Inc

Emily graduated with her BFA 2017 and landed a job with the School of Rock where she managed marketing and production. She spent most of her time in social media marketing and realized a master's in business administration would give her the tools she needed to pursue a more entrepreneurial career. The University of Memphis offered her an MBA program where she served as a graduate Assistant to Dr. Kathy Tuberville.

Summer 2019, Emily was selected to participate in the ImagineU Summer Internship program at the Crews Center for Entrepreneurship. Her startup, PetsFurU, won the opportunity to pitch at the StartCo Demo Day in front of hundreds of investors and community members.

After graduating with her MBA, Emily began work as a Professional Development Specialist at the Avron B. Fogelman Professional Development Center (PDC) in Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Emily spearheaded the move to online learning by shifting the university flagship certificate program to an online format. She built the new Virtual Complete Professional Program (VCPP) course via eLearn and produced multiple virtual workshops for the course.

Emily is now turning her attention to Investment Banking. She holds securities licenses SIE, 63 and 79.
