Johan Ahmed

Johan Ahmed is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR service delivery, policy development, and talent management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BRAC-Aarong since March 2020, Johan has held significant roles including Deputy Chief People Officer at SQ Group and Head of Learning & Talent Development at Accenture and Grameenphone IT Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HRM & Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from North South University. Additionally, Johan is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) and is pursuing a diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Hospitality Skills Recognition program. Expertise encompasses HR strategy alignment, competency development, organizational structure design, and compliance management.
