Shoriful Islam is currently employed at BRAC-Aarong as a Senior Officer in the Recruitment and Employer Branding department. Prior to this, Shoriful worked as an HR Assistant at BRAC. Shoriful has a PGDHRM in Human Resources Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Abu Dhar Gifari College. With a background in HR processes such as performance appraisal, recruitment, and employee data management, Shoriful has a strong foundation in human resources.
