Tabia Tasnim Promi

Tabia Tasnim Promi began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Coats before moving on to work as a Procurement Assistant. Tabia then transitioned to a role at Intertek Bangladesh as a Training Coordination Officer before ultimately joining BRAC-Aarong as an Officer in HR Operations, later being promoted to Senior Officer in the Human Resources department. Currently, Tabia is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resources Management and Services at BRAC University, following their completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and HRM from the same institution.
