Holly Sharpless Grossman

Holly Sharpless Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2008, they began their career as an Equities Sales and Trading Summer Intern and Institutional Equities Women's College Fellow at Morgan Stanley. Holly later worked as an Investor Relations professional at Lindsay Goldberg from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, Holly became an Equity Partner and Director of Sales and Marketing at SlantShack before transitioning to Bridgewater Associates as an EMEA Client Advisory and Business Development expert from 2015 to 2018. In 2020, they joined Envizzo as the Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, overseeing sales and launching a SaaS product before the company was acquired by The Aaron's Company, Inc., where they have since held various roles including Director of Strategy and Business Development, Director of Business Transformation, Senior Director of Business Transformation, and currently, Vice President of Store Development and Business Transformation.
