Justin Hafer

Justin Hafer started their work experience in 2001 at Aarons Inc, where they held the position of Senior Regional Manager until February 2023. In March 2015, they joined The Aaron's Company, Inc. as Divisional Vice President, where they demonstrated leadership skills in specialty retail and lease to own. In January 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Customer Accounts. Throughout their career, Hafer focused on customer growth, increasing revenues, reducing company losses, and creating market dominance while providing a high level of customer service.

Justin Hafer attended Tarleton State University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
