Monique Bates

Monique Bates has extensive experience in business operations and optimization. Monique has worked at the AARP Foundation since 2015, starting as a Business Operations Analyst and progressing to become a Manager and later the Sr. Director of Business Operations and Optimization. Monique'sresponsibilities included project management, facilities management, procurement operations, and business continuity. Monique also developed training and standard operating procedures for the organization. In 2018, Monique founded Mozelle Enterprises, providing strategic consulting and managed services to various markets. Prior to that, they held roles at AARP Foundation Experience Corps, Johns Hopkins University, Sodexo Corporate Services, Barnard College, and ARAMARK, where they gained experience in financial management, operations, and project management.
