Anders Starup Adelby Pedersen has a diverse background in supply chain management and logistics. Anders started their career as a Logistics Trainee at Thomas Cook, where they gained experience ensuring material flow and availability in the technical department of a commercial airline. Anders then worked as a Logistics team leader at Ellipse A/S before joining SAM Taihang Electronics Co., Ltd. as a Logistics Consultant, where they reorganized the shipping department and implemented new processes. Anders'sexcellent results led to an offer for permanent employment at the company's headquarters in Germany.

Anders then transitioned into the rollforming machine industry, working as a Production and Procurement Manager at Jensen A/S and later at ReRoll ApS as a co-owner with responsibilities in production, procurement, and sales. Anders achieved significant cost reductions and successful delivery of production lines/machines, and they implemented project-scoping tools to optimize project execution.

In 2015, they joined Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor, BWSC as the Head of Supply Chain, where they had wide-ranging responsibilities including production and resource planning, budgeting and reporting, strategic procurement, and process optimization. Anders won the Danish Supply Chain Award in 2017 for their achievements in this role. Anders continued their supply chain management career at Aasted ApS as the Head of Supply Chain Management in 2020.

Anders Starup Adelby Pedersen attended Niels Brock from 1997 to 1999, where they completed a Higher Commercial Course with a focus on Maths & Economics. From 2000 to 2001, they attended Niels Brock again, this time completing a Wholesale Assistant program in Logistics. In 2004, they returned to Niels Brock and obtained an AP Degree in International Business and Marketing, graduating in 2006. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a Graduate Diploma (HD) in International Business.
