Benjamin Fuhr

Benjamin Fuhr has a comprehensive work experience primarily in sales, with expertise in the chocolate industry. Benjamin is currently employed as the Head of Sales EMEA at Aasted ApS since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Area Sales Manager at the same company from December 2022 to June 2023. Benjamin also worked at Bühler Group where they held various positions, including International Sales Manager from January 2018 to December 2022, Area Sales Manager in the Chocolate Moulding business unit from July 2017 to January 2018, and Technologist in the same business unit from January 2013 to June 2017. In these roles, they gained extensive knowledge and experience in the chocolate and confectionery manufacturing processes, including product development, production line installations, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Benjamin also conducted seminars to educate employees and stakeholders on chocolate processing.
