Tiina Hokka

Tiina Hokka has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Tiina began their career as a Cashier at Coffee house Tanjan Tupa in 2011. In 2012, they moved to HOK-Elanto as a Salesperson, where they managed the fruit and vegetable department, ordered products, took care of wastage and campaigns, stocked shelves, and provided customer service. In 2015, they joined Cpl Integrated Services as a Technical Support Analyst for Hewlett-Packard, responding to clients requiring queries and technical support in English and Finnish and resolving remote users IT problems. In 2017, they began working at GDCC (Global Data Collection Company) as a Market Research Analyst, interviewing Finnish people via phone. Also in 2017, they joined RCI | Vacation Exchange as a Reservations Consultant, taking calls from Finnish members and selling exchange holidays for them all over the world. In 2018, they became a Salesperson at the fruit and vegetable department of K-supermarket Kasarmi. In 2019, they joined 4finance Oy as a Customer Care Specialist, helping customers with their queries about their loans and trying to find the best solution for the customer. In 2020, they moved to Danske Bank as a Retail Banker. Currently, they are working as a Sales Coordinator at Lifa Air Plc and an Office Support at Aatos.

Tiina Hokka began their educational career in 2004 when they graduated from Padasjoen lukio. Tiina then went on to attend Koulutuskeskus Salpaus from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Artisan in the Study Programme/Competence Area in Product Desing and Manufacture.
