Amit Gadhvi

Amit Gadhvi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Hiringlink Solutions, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle. In 2017, they joined Panamax Inc. as an Executive in the HR department, and later became a Senior Executive, handling human resources responsibilities. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Uplers, an award-winning MarTech company. Amit then joined PairSoft in 2021, where they held the position of Executive HR, focusing on talent management, before being promoted to Senior Executive HR, heading India HR Operations. In 2023, they became the Manager of HR & Operations at Aavenir, a company that specializes in delivering innovative enterprise application suites powered by Aavenir Smart Services. In addition to their professional career, Amit has also pursued their passion for music as a Mashup Artist, Music Producer, and Podcast Host in their free time, achieving recognition for their work on international radio stations and India's leading FM radio station, Radio Mirchi.

Amit Gadhvi has a diverse education history. In 2018-2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. Prior to that, from 2013-2015, they completed a Master's Degree in Master of Commerce from Gujarat University. In 2013-2014, they obtained a PGDM in HRM (Human Resource Management) from GLS University. Amit's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, which they attained from 2010-2013.

Apart from formal education, Amit Gadhvi has also obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the certification course "Achieve Successful HR Technology with the 5 Pillar Framework" from Udemy. In 2022, they completed the "2022 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training," "Prevention from CEO Fraud," "Security Training on Working From Home," and "HIPAA Compliance Module for End Users" certifications from KnowBe4. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed the "World-Class HR: 21st Century Talent Management" certification from Udemy, and in 2022, they completed the "Agile HR Fundamentals" and "Security Awareness Foundations" certifications from KnowBe4.
