Rachel Shields

Rachel Shields began their career in 2003 as a Sales Representative for First Horizon Pharmaceutical. In 2005, they moved to SpectraCell Laboratories, Inc. as a Territory Manager. In 2011, they joined Neuralynx, Inc. as a Sales Lead and Sales and Marketing Representative. In 2014, they became a Territory Sales Representative for Allergan, where they achieved 120% goal on average and grew market share from 0.05% to 10.3% in one quarter for Alzheimer's medication. In 2017, they moved to Agiloft as an Account Executive. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Account Executive for Aavenir, where they automate procurement with a source-to-pay solution built on ServiceNow.

Rachel Shields attended Shawnee Mission East from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their high school studies. Rachel then attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1996 to 1998, studying Chemical Engineering. Rachel completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas in 2001.
