Mrunal Desai

Munal Desai is the CEO and founder of AavGo, a company that provides software to help businesses with their release engineering and site operations. Prior to starting AavGo, Desai was the release engineering and site ops manager at SAP Ariba from January 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they were the monitoring and SRE manager at Macy's from January 2011 to December 2015, where they were responsible for implementing HP BSM, BPM, RUM, Splunk, and Dynatrace. From January 2008 to December 2011, Desai was the IT operations manager at Verizon Business, where they managed remote application management for 100+ clients. From January 2006 to December 2008, they were the data center operations manager at Microsoft.

Mrunal Desai has a BS in Computer Science and a Minor in Math from California State University - East Bay. Mrunal also has an AS in Computer Science from Foothill College. Mrunal has a High School Diploma from Palm Beach School. Mrunal is also certified in ITIL from ITIL V3 Foundation.
