Jason Papanikolas, MBA CWDP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason has been with Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp. since 2012, where they have held multiple roles including Acting Vice President of Career Development and Community Services, Corporate Operations Manager and Equal Opportunity Officer, Compliance Manager and Equal Opportunity Officer, Policy and Compliance Analyst, Performance and Compliance Manager, and Interim Director of One-Stop Operations. Jason Papanikolas, MBA CWDP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the American Public University System. Jason completed this degree program from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Jason obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America, attending from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Jason Papanikolas has obtained the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certification from the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) in July 2021.
