Janelle Mansfield

Janelle Mansfield currently serves as the Head Of Technical Recruiting at Ab Initio Software, leading efforts to build a robust development platform used by Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Key achievements include enhancing the summer internship program and significantly increasing the intern-to-full-time conversion rate from 16% to 85% over three years, as well as establishing a presence at over 50 college campuses nationwide. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter and Space Systems Analyst at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a GNC Intern at Orbital ATK, a Systems Analysis Intern at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer at Boeing. Janelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
