Viktor Duma

Viktor Duma has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of External Relations at Ukrgasbank since April 2012. Prior to this role, Viktor held various positions at VAB Bank from May 2002 to January 2012, including Head of Financial Institutions and International Borrowings, where responsibilities encompassed international debt raising, correspondent banking, and investor relations. Key achievements during this period include the successful restructuring of $125 million in Eurobonds and recognition of VAB Bank as the #1 Most Transparent Bank in Ukraine for multiple years. Viktor also has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Arts in International Finance from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
