Equiano de Kom

Equiano de Kom is a Project Manager at Abacus Medicine since December 2020, previously holding the position of Student Analyst. Prior to this, Equiano gained research experience as an intern at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in April 2016, focusing on the design and synthesis of small molecules aimed at expanding a compound library and testing for anti-bacterial activity. Equiano completed a Master of Science in Drug Discovery and Safety from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 2018 and 2021 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution from 2013 to 2017.
