Seema Khatri

Seema Khatri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Executive Manager of HSE and Sustainability at Abacus Group, Seema leads the development of the workplace health and safety (WHS) strategy. Previous roles include Head of Work Health & Safety at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, and National HSEQ Manager for the Charter Hall Account at CBRE, where Seema provided critical HSE leadership for a large property portfolio. Seema's expertise is further bolstered by significant positions at PepsiCo, Australian Industry Group, Injury Treatment Pty Ltd, and Australia Post, focusing on training, consulting, and systems development. Seema holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney, a Master's in Occupational Health & Safety Management from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Diploma in Environmental Management from Absorb Training.
