Wes Duke

Wes Duke is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the ITSM Team Lead at Abacus Solutions Group and as an Ivanti Service Manager at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Wes held the position of Systems Support Tech II at Valdosta State University from February 2014 to January 2021, specializing in endpoint team leadership and possessing subject matter expertise in various 3rd party software, including Ivanti Service Manager and Citrix. Additionally, from August 2008 to February 2014, Wes worked as a Customer Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included traveling to customer locations to repair HP equipment. Wes earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Valdosta State University and an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from South Georgia Technical College.
