Erika Leahy

Erika Leahy, ARM, WCCA, AIC, is a seasoned Risk Manager with extensive experience in municipal risk management. Currently serving as the Risk Manager for the City of Napa since August 2023, Erika previously held similar positions with the City of Petaluma from June 2020 to August 2023 and the City of Vallejo, California from February 2013 to June 2020. Early in the career, Erika gained valuable experience as an Administrative Analyst in Risk Management and as a Development Associate at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) from February 2008 to February 2013. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from American River College.
