Alice Solomon

Alice Solomon is a Vice President at Abacus Technology with 25 years of capturing and successfully executing DoD acquisition programs.

Responsible for the successful delivery of engineering services to the C3I&N PEO AFMC/USAF supporting life cycle engineering; AF networking, cyber security, crypto, airborne networking and Cyber Weapon system sustainment; Management of operations in Saudi Arabia, supporting RSAF, USAF, CENTCOM, USMTM, F-15SA, Saudi AWACS programs. Management of Engineering support for C4I, C4I Modernization and F-15SA Programs to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF); Advisor to RSAF on Cyber program development and C4I modernization strategy. Managing Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) –Awarded IDIQ contract and first Task Order (TO) for Andrews AFB Presidential Flight-line Upgrade Program, IBD Enterprise architecture development. Procurement and deployment of tactical equipment to Afghanistan and Iraq. Managing the development and delivery of the Master Security Plan for Integrated Security Project, for the Abu Dhabi International Airport’s International Terminal.

Her areas of expertise include: Management of large engineering and IT programs; client relationship management, business development, contract transition and start-up; Government contract management, Foreign Military Sales; ITAR/TAA Compliance; DoD, USAF acquisition life cycle management. Cyber NIST and DoD compliance, Cyber Risk Management Framework Implementation

Alice has a BS in Math with a minor in Computer Science from UMass and an MBA from Bentley University.
