Beatrice Dellepiane

Beatrice Dellepiane has over 17 years of work experience. In 2019, they were the CEO of Abaxto SpA, a startup dedicated to improving B2B transactions in the traditional channel. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder of Alo Bodega, a mobile application that connects customers with stores. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder and Project Advisor of GeoAxiom EIRL, an implementation solutions company. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Business Consultant at Zilicom Group, where they helped to introduce new brands to the Peruvian market. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Commercial Manager of Inmobiliaria Santa Martha SAC, where they developed a new institutional marketing strategy. From 2012 to 2014, they were the General Manager of BUSDEL Inversiones SAC, a decoration and commercialization company. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Administrative Manager of Instituto Brazzini Radiólogos Asociados SAC, a leader in the practice of Interventional Radiology. Finally, from 2003 to 2012, they were the General Manager of Consorcio Textil Exportador SAC, a textile company that produces and commercializes products in the Spanish, French, and American markets.

Beatrice Dellepiane has an extensive education history. Beatrice obtained a Técnico Superior en Administración de Seguros from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 1999-2001. From Universidad ESAN they obtained a Seminario de Precios, Estrategias y Tácticas in 2003, a Seminario de Evaluación de Riesgos Crediticios Mediante Análisis financieros in 1997, and a Diplomado en Gestión de Pequeña y Mediana empresa in 2012-2013. Beatrice also obtained a Seminario de Formación de Directivos y Mandos Intermedios from Universidad ESAN, and a Seminario Administración Estratégica del Servicio al Cliente from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Beatrice Dellepiane has obtained several certifications from Centro de Capacitacion para Latinoamerica, including Tecnicas de motivacion y dinamicas de grupo (2016), Los fundamentos de liderazgo (2016), Habilidades directivas complementarias (2016), Gestión de equipos de trabajo (2016), Gestion de Recursos Humanos (2016), and Dirección y motivación de equipos (2016). Beatrice also obtained a Gestión de Pequeña y Mediana empresa certification from Universidad ESAN.
