Aurélie Gegout

Aurélie Gegout has over a decade of experience in the tourism and customer care sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care at Abbey Ireland & UK since September 2010. Aurélie's roles at Abbey Tours have included Assistant Manager and Customer Care Executive, focusing on providing comprehensive travel services for group and individual travel, as well as corporate events. Prior to joining Abbey Tours, Aurélie was a self-employed tour guide specializing in guided experiences throughout the Republic of Ireland and worked as an Administrative Assistant and Trainee Tour Guide at Dublinia and the Viking World. Aurélie holds a Bachelor of Technology in landsurveying from Lycée Emmanuel Héré and participated in the Fàs Heritage Project.
