Karen Ritchie

Karen Ritchie, CPA, MST, has been in the public accounting industry over 15 years and assists with the management of the tax department. Karen’s focus is on serving clients better by ensuring the team of tax professionals have the tools, training, and resources necessary to provide the highest quality service. She has developed in-house software, designed new processes, and updated firm procedures to promote efficiency and improve employee’s work-life balance. She works closely with vendors, administrative staff, and IT personnel. Her passion is to help ensure everyone at the firm has the best experience possible working at ASL.
