Emily Coronado

Emily Coronado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, compliance training, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Abbott since December 2016, Emily specializes in global leadership engagement and the implementation of diversity initiatives. Emily has also held various leadership roles at Abbott, including Director of Compliance Training and Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive global strategies and managing interrelated projects. Prior to Abbott, Emily gained valuable experience at Tate & Lyle, progressing through procurement and supply chain roles while leading international teams. Additionally, experience at Philadelphia Newspapers, LLC involved financial planning and the implementation of budgeting methodologies. Emily holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a BA in Public Policy and Economics from Duke University.
