Sarah Parker

Sarah Parker is an experienced professional in People Operations, currently serving as Associate Director at Recursion since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Exscientia, where Sarah held the positions of Associate Director, Senior L&D Specialist, and Senior People Operations Specialist from November 2020 to November 2024. Earlier experience includes HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist positions at Newton Europe (June 2018 - November 2020), and dual roles of HR Advisor & Talent Acquisition Specialist, as well as Programme Manager at M3 EU (August 2016 - May 2018). Sarah began a professional career at Allen Associates as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from December 2012 to December 2015 and worked as a Forensic Administrator at Orchid Cellmark from October 2010 to December 2012. Academically, Sarah holds a Master's degree in Public Archaeology from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Geography from the University of Southampton.
