Collin D. Morris

Collin D. Morris is a Principal Research Scientist I at AbbVie, where employment started in August 2017, following a tenure as Senior Scientist II. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Leader in Solid-State Development at Solvias AG from December 2015 to August 2017, focusing on polymorphism and salt-screening projects for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Earlier, Collin was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Basel from January 2013 to November 2015, synthesizing new iridium complexes for applications in light-emitting electrochemical cells. During the Ph.D. program at Northwestern University (2007-2012), research involved synthesizing and characterizing novel quaternary chalcophosphates, contributing to advancements in second-harmonic generation.
