Kaitlynn K. is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in corporate recruitment and workforce management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for AbbVie, Kaitlynn oversees corporate staff functions and previously managed talent acquisition for commercial sectors. Kaitlynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University.
