Don Eng has more than 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Don started their career as a Coordinator at the University of California, Berkeley's Office of Student Activities and Programs. From there, they transitioned into the retail industry as a District Manager at Grand Auto, Incorporated. Don then moved into the automotive industry, where they held positions such as Store Manager/Technician at Winston Tire Company and Service Manager at Michael Stead Nissan and Michael Stead Jeep/Eagle-Oldsmobile-Dodge-GMC Truck. Don also worked as a Service Advisor at Albany Ford Subaru, where they implemented a hybrid flat-rate system that increased technician efficiency. In their most recent role as the Northern California Service and Operations Director at ABC Companies, Don oversaw all service department operations for multiple locations and ensured regulatory compliance. Prior to that, they were the Director of Service at Western Truck Center and held the role of Service Director at Golden Gate Truck Center. Don has extensive experience in managing service departments, overseeing operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.
