Juanita McClure

Juanita "Jody" McClure has extensive work experience in risk management, insurance, and human resources. Juanita "Jody" currently serves as the Vice President of Risk Management & Insurance at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Team Member Legal, Risk & Insurance, Senior Director of Risk Management & Insurance, and Director of Team Member Services at the same company.

Before joining ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Juanita worked as an HR & Benefits Manager, where they managed the Human Resources function, ensured compliance with employment laws, and implemented new benefit programs. Juanita "Jody" also served as an Employee Advocate, mediating internal issues, and developing strategic wellness plans.

In addition to their roles at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Juanita has also worked as an Independent Consultant and Independent Agent, specializing in selling life, dental, vision, and disability insurance. Juanita "Jody" is currently working on obtaining their health insurance appointment.

Juanita began their career at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits as an HR Generalist before advancing to various leadership positions. Juanita "Jody"'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in risk management, insurance, human resources, and employee advocacy.

Juanita "Jody" McClure, SHRM-SCP, MS-RMI, obtained a Master's degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University - College of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources from UCF College of Business from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their degrees, Juanita has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the following certifications from the Florida Department of Financial Services: "0215 Life Incl Var Annuity & Health," "0220 - General Lines (Prop & Cas)," "0620 Adjuster - All Lines," and "2044 - Personal Lines Agent." In the same year, they also became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM.

More recently, in 2021, Juanita became a RIMS Professional Member through RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.).
