Siddarth Sankar

Siddarth Sankar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Siddarth started their career at Eram Motors - Mahindra & Mahindra Dealer in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Consultant and later as an Experience Executive. During their time at Eram Motors, Siddarth was responsible for maintaining customer databases, building relationships with customers, conducting market intelligence, and facilitating vehicle deliveries. Siddarth was also recognized for their achievements in sales and training, winning the Mahindra selling skill contest and being ranked as the 4th best sales trainer in India.

In 2013, Siddarth joined Strategic Learning Solutions as an Assistant Project Manager and was later promoted to Project Manager. In this role, they were involved in developing and selling OEM learning projects, nurturing client relationships, identifying operational inefficiencies, and providing exceptional service to clients. Siddarth also led workshops, prepared training content, managed project deliverables, and coordinated business development activities. Siddarth was responsible for the operation and management of a Learning Management System portal and played a key role in capacity building and knowledge sharing within the team.

In 2016, Siddarth briefly worked as a Business Development Executive at Gamers Hub Middle East before joining Flemingo International in 2017. At Flemingo International, Siddarth held the position of Sales Executive and later Assistant Sales Manager. In these roles, they handled end-to-end sales and supply of wines, beers, and spirits to duty free stores and distributors in Africa, Middle East, and Indian Ocean islands. Siddarth was responsible for managing sales in both duty-free and duty-paid markets and played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products to various retail outlets.

Most recently, Siddarth joined Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. in 2022 as a Manager - International Business. Siddarth'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing international business operations and ensuring the company's products are successfully distributed and sold in global markets.

Siddarth Sankar's education history is as follows:

Siddarth pursued a Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering from Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre, Pambady, from 2006 to 2010.

In 2009, they obtained a Certificate in German Language from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Siddarth completed their high school education at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's, specializing in Science, from 1992 to 2006.

In 2019, Siddarth attained an Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

Siddarth is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Bolton, Academic Centre Ras Al Khaimah, with an expected completion date in 2024.

Additionally, Siddarth holds several certifications, including Level 2: Advanced Port Training and Level 1: Introduction to Port from Symington Family Estates, Level 1 Wines from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), and the Droncharya Program from Mahindra Group. Siddarth also obtained a Certificate in German Language (CGL) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
