Christy Free is an accomplished fashion designer with extensive experience at Abercrombie & Fitch, where Christy has served as Vice President in Technical Design since September 1995. With a strong background in technical design specializing in knits, wovens, and sweaters, Christy has played a crucial role in guiding the fit, proportion, and design execution for various brands including Abercrombie, Hollister, Ruehl, and Gilly Hicks. From 2007 to 2010, Christy focused on female brands as a Product Development Specialist, advising top executives and ensuring consistency in global fit expectations for the technical design staff. Christy holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1990 and 1995.
