Vanessa Vendrell Paco

Vanessa Vendrell Paco currently serves as the ESG PM - Reporting Lead at Abertis since September 2023. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management at ISDIN from May 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included planning internal audits, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating ESG initiatives. Vanessa's prior experience includes roles as a Business Management Consultant at Minsait, focusing on the banking sector's risk and regulation, and a Junior Business Consultant at BDO Spain, working on risk management and compliance projects. Early in Vanessa's career, consulting internships at PwC and cash management at Deutsche Bank provided valuable insights into governance and optimal financial practices. Vanessa holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU and has pursued further education at the University of Chicago in International Economic Policy. Currently, Vanessa is advancing knowledge in sustainability management through an online master's program at Sustainability Management School (SUMAS).
