Dr Peter Wilberfoss

Dr. Peter Wilberfoss has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dr Peter is currently the Director at ABI Rehabilitation New Zealand since March 2020. Previously, they worked as a Novelist in 2019. Dr Peter also served as a Strategic Business Consultant at Umbrella Wellbeing Ltd from October 2019 to November 2020. Dr. Wilberfoss held the position of Group Director Finance and Strategy at New Zealand Health Group from September 2018 to September 2019, where they oversaw strategic project development and operational innovation. Before that, they were the Executive Director at Geneva Healthcare from May 2012 to September 2018, managing various departments such as Strategy, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Property. Additionally, they have experience as a Director at Private Flight Global Limited, Geneva Health UK, and Veriphi Limited. Dr Peter began their career as a Researcher and Tutor at The University of Auckland and also worked as a Director at Fernhill Trust from 1993 to 2007.

Dr Peter Wilberfoss has a diverse education history. Dr Peter obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Auckland, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a B.A (Hons) degree in Anthropology from The University of Auckland, during the period of 2001 to 2007. Earlier in their educational journey, Dr Wilberfoss pursued studies in Business Management, earning a B.Com degree from The University of Auckland between 1979 and 1981. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Professional Cookery from Auckland University of Technology in 2008. Dr Wilberfoss started their education at Wanganui Collegiate, where they obtained an A Bursary between 1974 and 1977.
