Brea Roadley

Brea Roadley is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Ability Consultant since August 2020, specializing in providing behavior support services to individuals with disabilities through person-centred practice, applied behaviour analysis, and the management of challenging behaviour. Prior to this role, Brea served as a Consultant at Big Wave Digital, where focus was on connecting talented individuals with leading Australian brands. Brea’s experience also includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Perigon Group, facilitating recruitment across various sectors, and as a Ready Steady Go Coach, providing sports coaching for young children in both China and Australia. Additionally, Brea worked as a Communications Officer for Canoeing Victoria, managing communication channels and support for the paddling community. Brea holds two Bachelor's degrees in Psychological Studies and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Victoria University.
