Yanfeng Zhou

Yanfeng Zhou is an accomplished professional in the field of protein sciences, currently serving as Head of Protein Sciences at MLAB Biosciences since September 2022. Previously, Yanfeng Zhou held the position of Director, Head of Protein Sciences at Seismic Therapeutic from April 2021 to August 2022, and served as Sr Principal Scientist and Lab Head of Structural Biology and Computational Design at Sanofi from June 2018 to April 2021. Yanfeng Zhou's experience also includes roles as Senior Scientist at Shire, focusing on analytic research and biologics optimization, and Senior Scientist and Staff Scientist at Sanofi Genzyme, specializing in structure-based antibody engineering. Yanfeng Zhou began the academic career as a Postdoc Research Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Peking University, where the educational journey also included a Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
