Nico Reil

Nico Reil has a diverse work experience. Nico is currently working as the Head of Quality Management at ABL GmbH since December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead Quality Management at the same company from August 2022 to December 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Nico worked at duagon Germany where they served as a Quality Manager from August 2019 to August 2022, and as a Junior Quality Manager from June 2018 to August 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Working Student at Leistritz Turbine Technology from November 2017 to March 2018. Nico also has experience as a Werkstoffingenieur at PETER BREHM GmbH from September 2015 to January 2016, and served as a Praktikant at Siemens in May 2011 to July 2011.

Nico Reil attended Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Medical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in "Grundlagen des deutschen Typgenehmigungsverfahrens für Kraftfahrzeuge und Anhänger, Systeme, technische Einheiten und Bauteile für diese Fahrzeuge" from Kraftfahrt Bundesamt. In October 2018, they obtained a certification in "Qualitätsmanagement I - Grundlagen" from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ). In July 2019, they completed "Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse (FMEA) - Expertentraining" from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ). In December 2019, they obtained three certifications from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ): "ISO/IEC 17025 - Labormanagement I", "Qualitätsmanagement II - Methoden, Anwendungen und Kommunikation", and "Zertifizierung zum DGQ-Qualitätsneauftragten und internen Auditor".
