Alfonso Vides

Alfonso Vides, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Alfonso is currently working at ABL Space Systems as the Director of HR Operations and previously held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at the same company. Before joining ABL Space Systems, Alfonso worked at Dave as a Senior People Partner. Prior to that, they served as the Lead HRBP at BCG Digital Ventures. Alfonso also has experience in the transportation industry, having worked as an HR Business Partner at Bird and a Regional HR Business Partner at Tesla. Additionally, they held various HR roles at Amazon, including Senior HRBP and HR Business Partner. Alfonso started their career at Target, where they served as a Human Resource District Resource, Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, and District Administrator. Alfonso began their professional journey as a Front Desk Manager at Equinox Fitness. With their diverse background, Alfonso brings a wealth of HR knowledge and expertise to their current role at ABL Space Systems.

Alfonso Vides, SHRM-CP, has a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Social Sciences from UC Irvine (2005-2007). Prior to that, they attended California State University, Fullerton, where they also pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Social Sciences (2003-2005). In addition to their educational background, Alfonso has obtained the certification of SHRM-CP from SHRM in June 2021.
