Dave Bowers

Dave Bowers has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Dave is currently the Director of Recruiting at ABL Space Systems, a company that builds rockets for launching small satellites. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Rivian, a sustainable transportation company, where they also served as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Before Rivian, Dave was a Senior Recruiting Manager at Romeo Power Technology, a battery tech company, and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Faraday Future, an automotive EV start-up. Dave also spent a significant portion of their career at SpaceX as a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter. Earlier in their career, Dave worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek and held sales positions at Best Overnite Express and Alliance Traffic Group.

Dave Bowers obtained a BA in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento between 2000 and 2004.
