Matthew Becker is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in propulsion and fluid systems across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at ABL Space Systems since October 2018, Matthew provides strategic direction for ground and vehicle fluid systems. Previous roles include Chief Engineer and Head of Components at ABL, where Matthew established fluid system architectures and championed best practices. Prior to ABL, positions at Virgin Orbit and Virgin Galactic involved managing propulsion component development, testing, and engineering teams. Matt began their career as a Mechanical Subsystem Lead Engineer at the Student Space Programs Laboratory, contributing to NASA's OSIRIS-3U program. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
