Sid MacHado

Sid Machado is an experienced product manager currently at ablefy since October 2021, where key contributions include the development of the "Sales Teams" feature that has generated €20 million in CGMV, representing 5% of the company's MTR. Prior to this role, Sid served as a Customer Success Manager at ablefy, effectively onboarding key clients and providing expert guidance on technical implementations. Academically, Sid holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Business and Cultural Diplomacy from Hochschule Furtwangen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce from St. Xavier's College.
