Lizzie Garside

Lizzie Garside has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lizzie began their career as an Undergraduate Engineer at ECH Engineering Ltd., where they were involved in various projects such as commissioning testing chambers, designing prototypes using 3D printing, and building a data logging system. Following this, they joined Reading Buses as a Project Supervisor, leading a team in designing and implementing a real-time bus seat vacancy system. Lizzie also supervised an apprentice during this project. Lizzie then moved on to HamiltonJet as an Undergraduate Engineer, specializing in manufacturing. Lizzie'sresponsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes. Lizzie later joined RPB Safety: The Respiratory Protection Brand as a Graduate Design Engineer, where they gained experience in design engineering. Currently, Lizzie is working as a Graduate Transportation Engineer at Abley, utilizing their skills in transportation engineering.

Lizzie Garside completed their education from 2017 to 2020 at the University of Canterbury, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
