Mark Gregory

Mark Gregory has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mark most recently worked at ABM UK as an Operations Director and Industrial Relations & Aviation Security Director. Prior to that, they were the HR Director, Business Partnering UK & IRE at ABM. Mark was also the HR Director for Aviation, Healthcare, and Blackjack Promotions at ABM. Before ABM, Mark worked as the Director and Principal at Wyndham Gregory Ltd, a consultancy and interim company specializing in HR, operations, security, and business transformation. Mark has also held positions at OCS Group UK as an Operations Director - Aviation & Gateways and HR Director - Aviation & Gateways. Mark has experience in the airline industry as well, having worked as the Head of Human Resources - Flight Operations at easyJet. Earlier in their career, they worked at NATS in various roles including Project Manager - Resourcing & Business Improvement, General Manager - Air Traffic Services, Head of Human Resources, Employee Relations and Reward, Employee Relations Manager, and HR Business Partner. Mark started their career at the Civil Aviation Authority as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor and Personnel Officer, and at The Newspaper Society as an Assistant Personnel Officer.

Mark Gregory has a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) certification in Human Resources Management and Services. Mark obtained this certification from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Combined Studies in Geography and Economic History from The University of Liverpool. Mark also holds A Levels in Economics, Geography, and General Studies, which they completed at Tarporley County High School. In addition to their educational qualifications, Mark has obtained several certifications including a SIA Licence from the Security Industry Association (SIA), a RoSPA Gold Award from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), and a Safety for Executives and Directors certification from THE INSTITUTION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH.
