Scott Hartman

Scott Hartman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities engineering and construction management. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at ABM Industries since April 2023, Scott oversees operations for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Executive Director at Aramark Facility Services, where responsibilities included business development and client satisfaction in diverse markets. As Vice President at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Scott managed operations across a vast portfolio and led sustainability initiatives. Scott’s career began at ARAMARK, where multiple roles spanned from District Manager to National Director of Capital Construction Program Management, managing significant capital projects nationwide. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Trammell Crow Company. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Spring Garden College and an Associate's Degree in Architectural Engineering from Delaware Technical Community College.
