Tom Martin

Tom Martin is a seasoned facilities operations executive with extensive experience in managing large-scale operations and capital projects across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Facilities Operations at ABM Industries since August 2012, Tom oversees a professional team in the delivery of program development and engineering services for education and commercial markets. Prior roles include Director of Design and Construction at Harvard Business School, where Tom managed capital programs for a 1.7 million square foot campus, and Associate Vice President of Real Estate at Roger Williams University, overseeing operations for a 1.5 million square foot campus. Additional experience includes Senior Regional Operations Manager at GCA/Berry, where Tom managed facilities for higher education institutions, and Director of Facilities and Planning at Simmons College, where a long-range master plan and $70 million in capital projects were successfully executed. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
