Ryan Sosiawan

Ryan Sosiawan currently serves as the Group Head of Corporate Business Process Improvement at PT ABM Investama Tbk., focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and collaborating with various departments. Previously, Ryan held the position of Division Head of Data Science at the same company, where the emphasis was on developing Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to provide governance across business entities. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Science Manager and Customer Analytics Manager at Accenture AI, where Ryan led teams to deliver data-driven insights to clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. An academic background consists of a Master's degree in Information Management from The University of Manchester, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and additional studies in Information Technology at Inholland University. Ryan's career began with various technical roles at IBM and other companies, culminating in significant contributions to the development and marketing of Office 365 at Microsoft.
