Georgette Brown

Georgette oversees property operations and property budget variance explanations, manages tenant relationships and legal issues, coordinates internal services, monitors utility bills and usage, and approves invoices, billing, and purchases. She also assists in managing external stakeholder relationships, tenant relocation approvals, and tenant grievance matters. She joined Abode in early 2017 and, as property and asset supervisor, she succeeded in increasing property management portfolio by nearly 300 units, saving Abode money through renovations of existing properties, strengthening vendor relationships, and overseeing the refurbishment and coordination of 11 properties.
