Claudia Tabora

Claudia Tabora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Claudia began their career as a Student Caller at Cal Poly State University in 2010. After that, they worked at One Kings Lane, where they held various roles such as Customer Care Specialist, Vendor Account Manager, and Order and Compliance Management. At One Kings Lane, they focused on resolving issues related to orders and vendor fulfillment, improving shipping metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Claudia joined UBM as a Sales Operations Specialist, where they played a key role in building client-facing portals, monitoring workflows, and implementing advancements to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. Claudia also served as a mentor to their peers and collaborated with other team members to improve processes across brands.

In 2019, Claudia transitioned to Informa as a Marketing Manager, Community Programs. Their responsibilities included managing strategic partner programs, leading creative design and branding projects, and facilitating online and in-person engagement programs for the Black Hat conference.

More recently, in 2020, Claudia joined Made Renovation as a Customer Relations Manager and later took on the role of Account Manager. Claudia excelled in managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations.

Currently, Claudia is working as a Construction Project Manager at Abodu, leveraging their expertise in project management to oversee construction projects.

Claudia Tabora attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2007 to 2012. Claudia pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Business and Management during their time at the university.
